Date Range
Select the time period for which you want to view analytics.

Agent Filter
View analytics for:
- All agents
- A specific agent only
This helps compare performance across different agents.
Key Metrics
Total Conversations
Shows the total number of conversations handled by your agents within the selected time range.
Use this to:
- Measure chatbot adoption
- Track usage growth over time
Liked Responses
Number of AI responses marked with 👍 by users or reviewers.
Use this to:
- measure response quality
- identify high-performing knowledge sources.
Disliked Responses
Number of AI responses marked with 👎
Use this to:
- Detect knowledge gaps
- Identify responses that need improvement.
- Refine Knowledge Base content
Leads Generated
Shows how many leads were captured through conversations or forms.
Use this to:
- Measure business impact
- Track conversions driven by AI agents.
Most Used Datasource
Displays the Knowledge Base that is referenced most often when generating responses.
Use this to:
- Understand which knowledge sources are most valuable
- Identify underused or missing data
